Through the web control panel, you can configure external landlines to work with Axon.
From the Line Bridge Settings page, you can configure how you want lines to work when call comes in.
Axon Dial: When a call comes in you can specify which number you would like Axon to dial. This number can be one of the following:
- The number that was dialed by the inbound caller (Automatic) is the default option and indicates that you do not want to make any changes to the inbound number.
- The default VoIP number is used to send the call to your 'Carousel'.
- The following number is a custom number that you want Axon to dial when a call comes in. Enter the number you want to dial in the text box provided.
On Which Line: This setting is used to select which line that Axon will use to dial when an inbound call comes in. This line can be one of the following:
- Any available VoIP line will dial on the first available line which Axon finds
- The first free line in this list will dial the first free line in the list provided. The list is made up of lines that you choose. Use the "Add" link to add additional lines to this list.
