Axon is a virtual PBX designed to manage calls within a business or call center environment. It is installed on a Windows Server and connects to phone lines and extensions using VoIP. The software routes all calls within a business and offers all the normal features of a PBX such as allowing internal or external calls and more advanced call queuing for call center applications.

Axon can also be used in conjunction with other telephony software made by us including IMS On-Hold Messages System, VRS Voice Recording System, the IVM Call Attendant, IVR and Voice Mail Software and the Express Talk Internet Phone.

This software is designed to be very easy and intuitive to use. Within minutes you will be able to set up the software and start making phone calls. A full list of features follow below but a quick way to try it out is to download and install now. You don't need to purchase the Axon trial, and it only takes a couple of minutes to complete the process (click here to install the full Axon trial).

There is the option to purchase the Axon Business Edition or Enterprise Edition. Axon Business Edition allows up to 20 extensions and 3 external lines. Axon Enterprise Edition has no limitation on the number of extensions and external lines installed. Extensions

Typically extensions are either VoIP phones, computer based softphones or hybrid softphone with USB phone combinations. For testing, before you buy VoIP phones, we recommend you use the Express Talk Softphone.

External Lines

** Unless you have existing lines, the preferred option will always be VoIP lines. Companies offer VoIP numbers in almost all cities of developed countries these days. They are better quality, cheaper and you don't require any special hardware because calls are routed over the internet.
