Send File

To send your score as an attachment to an email or directly to an FTP server, go to the Home tab and click the "Send" button.

This dialog allows you to send an email with your score as an attachment. The Email settings will need to be set up before an email can be sent. If you have not already done so, you will be prompted for your email settings before proceeding.

Send Methods

• Email (Send file as an attachment to an email)
  • Send To: Enter the email address(es) of the recipient(s). Put a comma between each email address.
  • Subject: Any text entered into this field will appear as the subject of the email.
  • Message: Any text entered into this box will appear as the body of the email.

Note: Clicking the Settings... button will open the Email Settings dialog that lets you choose the proper settings for sending emails with Crescendo.

• Direct Internet Connection (Upload to an FTP Server)
  • Server: Enter the FTP server address, e.g., ftp.myftphost.com or 123.120.11.2
  • User Name: Enter the FTP Username. For an anonymous login try "Anonymous."
  • Password: Enter the FTP User Password. For an anonymous login enter your email address.
  • Directory: Enter the FTP folder that files will be uploaded in to, e.g., /var/www/html
