Multiple users can use DialDictate and each has their own 'user settings' including name, access code, send method (typist) and other details. Open the Users List by clicking the "User Settings" button.
User Access Code
The DialDictate Access Code is the PIN code the user dials to identify themselves to DialDictate.
The Access codes can either be stored within DialDictate or retrieved from an ODBC enabled database, see Advanced Access Code Settings.
User List
From the "Users List" you either Add a new user or select an existing user and click "Settings" to change their settings.
Users may be enabled / disabled by ticking / unticking the tick box next to each user.
When a user has been disabled they will not be allowed to use Dial Dictate. Their details remain intact, so they can be easily enabled again by ticking their enable option.
