Perspective Distortion allows you to narrow or widen one side of an element.

When a path based element (pen, pencil, etc.) is selected, the Perspective Distortion option becomes available from the context menu. Selecting it will bring up the skew frame which has a control point on each side of the element. You can move any one of these control points and the entire element will stretch to fill the new bounds you create.
