Templates can be used for Payments and Purchases Transactions and for Receipt and Deposit Transactions. To create a new template, enter a payment transaction (see the Payments and Purchases topic in the Screen References) or a receipt or deposite transaction (see the Receipts and Deposits topic in the Screen References), but before you record the transaction, click the Save As Template button in the lower left of the dialog.

Name:

Enter the name for the template. The template will be saved and the transaction recorded when you click OK.
