The report can be filtered for specific time period by inputting 'Start Date' and 'End Date' on the search bar, and clicking 'Search button'. The date range can not be over one year. The search bar also provides filtering based on employees' assigned team.
Unlike other reports, this requires some initial setup, which can be accessed through 'Manage Categories' button on the page. Click on Manage Categories help to view information on how to set it up.
This following items are shown in this report:
User Email
Categories for the selected team. Each field contains Hours:Minutes and rounded down percentage of time the user spent on this application. The last 'Others' column lists the time spent on applications or websites that were not part of any listed categories.
