Categorized usage report presents categorized view of website and program usages reports of staffs in a selected team. This is most useful of the reports when utilized correctly in measuring productivity of a staff. It lets you choose the websites and programs into different categories and organize in teams.

The report can be filtered for specific time period by inputting 'Start Date' and 'End Date' on the search bar, and clicking 'Search button'. The date range can not be over one year. The search bar also provides filtering based on employees' assigned team.

Unlike other reports, this requires some initial setup, which can be accessed through 'Manage Categories' button on the page. Click on Manage Categories help to view information on how to set it up.
