This report is for showing all the unexplained absence occurred to your staff. When an employee did not show up on a working day, if all the following conditions are true:
- The employee works fixed days
- The day is one of his/her regular working days
- It is not a public holiday
- The employee did not submit a leave application for it
then it is an unexplained absence.
