Property Information Line for Real Estate Agents
This example creates an information line that can be used by real estate agents. It plays information about a property based on a 'property number' entered by callers. This example could also be modified for any application where you want customers to dial in and listen to numbered recordings.

Deleting Property Descriptions
When you load the Property line example ivr program a folder named "Properties" in IVM system folder (e.g. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NCH Swift Sound\IVM\Properties). Every Property Description created makes a .wav file that can be found in this folder. To delete a property you will need to delete the .wav file with the associated number of that property from this "Properties" folder.
Changing Out-Going Message Audio
From the Web Interface go to the "IVR Profile" tab. Select the Out-Going Message that you want to change (click on either the OGM name or the edit icon). This will take you to the OGM Properties page, from here you have several options for changing the audio file, see Message Audio for more information.
Changing Password
Go to the OGM Properties for the "Propline Record Access" OGM. The 'password' is saved under the Key Response Options. Under "Enable Input Constraints" change the value stored in "Short Comma Delimited List" to the new password. Be sure to click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page to save the new password.
Setting Range of Valid Numbers
Go to the OGM Properties for the "Propline Start" OGM. Under the Key Response Options tick the limit range of acceptable box and enter the minimum and maximum values. When you are finished click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the OGM Properties page.
