Sample Survey IVR Program

This is a basic survey with three generic questions.

Answers to the survey questions will be stored in "Logs\SurveyResults.txt" file which can be accessed from the "Logs" tab of the IVM web interface.

Loading this ivr program will create a "Survey" directory in the IVM program folder (e.g. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NCH Swift Sound\IVM\Survey). After the three questions the caller is given the option to leave a message with any further comments they would like to share; these comments will be saved in the "Survey" directory named using the following format, "[date]-VoiceNotes-[caller id].wav".



Changing Out-Going Message Audio

From the Web Interface go to the "IVR Profile" tab. Select the Out-Going Message that you want to change (click on either the OGM name or the edit icon). This will take you to the OGM Properties page, from here you have several options for changing the audio file, see Message Audio for more information.

Adding Questions

You can make copies of Out-Going Messages that can then be individually edited, by selecting "Save as new OGM" at the bottom of the OGM Properties page before selecting "Save Changes". If you are adding a question be sure to change the "Go To OGM..." for the "End" Action in the Key Response Options of the previous question to point to your new question to add the new question to your call flow.
