Answer Mode

Answer calls after fixed number of rings

Enter the number of rings to wait before IVM answers a call.

Tollsaver

If Tollsaver is enabled; IVM will wait an additional 2 rings before answering if there are no new incoming messages. If there are new incoming-messages, IVM will answer at the standard number of rings. When using remote access you can use this feature so you will not pay for a call when there are no new messages if you hang-up before the call is answered.

Tollsaver Mailbox

If Tollsaver is enabled you can either use it to check for messages in any mailbox or for a single mailbox. By selecting the single mailbox option the Tollsaver will only apply if there are new messages in that mailbox. The selected mailbox can either be based on the caller ID or set to a specific mailbox if necessary.
