Clicking the Lessons button in the Lessons tab of the toolbar (or selecting Lessons->Select Lesson) will bring up the Lessons selection dialog.
Use the lessons to learn the layout of the keyboard progressively, along with which fingers should be used to hit which keys. When a lesson is selected, the lesson's description appears in the description area. When you have selected a lesson, click "Start" to begin.
When the lesson is complete, the results will be displayed in the task dialog at the completion of the exercise.
