MixPad's Group Effects Window can have multiple tracks routed through it. This is useful for applying the same effects to a group of connected tracks e.g. several layered guitar parts without having to individually open each of those tracks and edit their effect stages separately. It has the side benefit of being less resource-intensive as well because you don't have to run as many plugin instances.

Add Group Effect

To add a Group Effect, simply click the Menu -> View -> Group Effect then click Add Group.

MixPad allows you to build chains of live effects on each track. For more information, please refer to the topic: Effects.

Rename Group Effect

To rename a Group Effect, simply click the Menu -> View -> Group Effect then click Rename Group. The Rename Group Effects dialog box will appear, and then select the group you want to rename.

Delete Group Effect

To delete a Group Effect, simply click the Menu -> View -> Group Effect then click Delete Group. The Delete Group Effects dialog box will appear, and then select the group you want to delete.
