The Brightness color adjustment layer changes the overall brightness of your image. Add a brightness layer by clicking the Brightness icon on the Color tab of the toolbar, then adjust the selected brightness layer in the Brightness Properties panel.
Usage
Use the Brightness: slider to brighten or darken the image. - Negative values will darken the image.
- Positive values will brighten the image.
- A value of 0 will leave the image unchanged.
