The Glow effect enhances the dreamy appearance of your image by adding brightness and blur. Add a Glow layer by clicking the Glow icon inside of the More Effects dropdown in the Effects tab of the toolbar.

• Use the Opacity slider to adjust the strength of the blur that will be applied to the image.
• Use the Amount slider to adjust the brightness that will be added to the image.
