The Oil Paint effect makes your image look like an oil painting. Add an Oil Paint layer by clicking the Oil Paint icon inside of the Tools dropdown in the Effects tab of the toolbar.
Usage - Use the Brush Size slider to adjust the paint daub size.
- Check the Use pastel colors checkbox to reduce the variation in light and dark values to make it look like pastel colors were used.
