This tab controls what content is considered prohibited and what Verity should do when a prohibited activity is detected.

• Auto-close prohibited programs

  If this option is selected, Verity will not allow prohibited programs or websites to open, and a log entry will be made in the Prohibited Activities list.

• Prohibited Programs

  This is a list of executables that the parent doesn't want users to run. Separate individual entries with commas, e.g., badprogram.exe, worseprogram.exe.

• Prohibited Websites

  This is a list of websites that the parent doesn't want users to go to. You can use keywords that might appear in the web address. Separate individual entries with commas, e.g., www.badsite.com, porn.

  If this option is selected, Verity will not allow prohibited peer-to-peer programs or websites to open, and a log entry will be made in the Prohibited Activities list.

  This is a list of peer-to-peer executables that the parent doesn't want users to run. A default list of popular peer-to-peer programs is provided in the list. Separate individual entries with commas.
