Glitch

To use the Glitch effect on VideoPad and make your visuals appear to be glitching or cause glitch-like artifacts onto your clip, click the Video Effects button under the effects tab. Alternatively, you can also toggle the clip or sequence which you would like to apply the effect onto, then simply press the Alt+V shortcut key.

Once the Video Effects pop-up window is opened, it will display all the available video effects that you can apply on your selected clip/sequence. Simply scroll down to the near-bottom and look for "Glitch" under the All Effects category. (Note that you can bookmark effects simply by right-clicking them)

Upon selecting the glitch effect, you will be given a menu to further refine the details of your effect. This will enable you to adjust the color separation, offsets, and the parameters of your selected effect.
