The Welcome dialog shows when VideoPad starts and has options for creating a new project, opening an existing project, viewing the VideoPad tutorials, or reading the Getting Started guide.
Uncheck the Show this dialog when VideoPad starts check-box to prevent this dialog from showing again. To re-enable this option later, check Options -> Display -> Show the welcome dialog when VideoPad starts check-box.
