Options

Select this option if you want WavePad to auto tile windows horizontally all file windows on the Desktop whenever you load a new file into WavePad. This is useful if you want to be able to see all files at anytime.

Select this option if you want WavePad to open files in fully maximized windows within the WavePad interface when other files are maximized. Other files will be available to select in tabs at the bottom of the work space.

Select this to show the bookmark list dialog each time a new bookmark is created.

Select this to display decibel lines on WaveForms. Lines are shown at 0dB, -6dB, -12dB, and -18dB. 0dB represents full volume, with every reduction of roughly 6dB halving the volume.

Select this to display a custom tool tab at the end of all the tabs. You can add and remove your preferred commands to this custom tab. You can use this custom tab for commands which you use most frequently.

Select this option if you want WavePad to automatically add a region whenever you paste a clip. By default, the region name is PastedClip.<filename>@<region start time>-<region end time>. You can rename the region in Regions List window (Ctrl+Shift+R).

Select this to display the WavePad start screen on start up.

Select this to display the Magnifier Tool located on the bottom-most toolbar on the left side of the dB levels display.

Select this to display the top tools context menu upon selection of waveform.

Select this to display the Spectrum Analyzer located on the bottom-most toolbar on the left side of the dB levels display.

Select this to show a notification at the bottom when the recording is too loud.

Select this to warn that regions are not yet saved when attempting to close the file window.

Select this to show an information dialog box whenever a CD is inserted.
