Can I adjust the invoice layout?You can adjust the invoice layout. There are some aspects that you cannot change.
Page Layout
- Click the Options button on the toolbar
- Select Page Layout from the list on the left
- Select the Paper Size from the dropdown list
- Enter a height for your logo in the Logo height textbox
- Set the Margins using the textboxes
- Select settings for Windowed Envelopes
- Click the Preview Layout button to view your changes
- Click the OK button to save your changes
Page Styles
- Click the Options button on the toolbar
- Select Page Styles from the list on the left
- Select a template from the dropdown list
- Click the Preview Template button to view the template
- Use the default colors or use the Color #1 and Color #2 buttons to customize the color settings
- Borders Tab
- Add a frame
- Add header or footer lines
- Text Tab
- Use global text attributes
- Set text attributes for each section
- Font
- Font Size
- Style
- Color
- Alignment
- Accents Tab
- Use global text block accents
- Set accents for each text block
- Positioning Tab
- Use the selection grid to position each element of the header
- Use the Shade every other line on the item list checkbox to turn shading on or off
- Click the OK button to save your changes
Invoices, Quotes, Orders, Credit Notes, Packing Slips, Statements
- Click the Options button on the toolbar
- Select Invoice, Quote, Order, Credit Note, Packing Slip, Receipt, or Statements from the list on the left
- Use the checkboxes, dropdown lists, and text boxes for each selection to make modifications
- When you are finished, click OK to save your changes
