Fast Capture can be used to capture a resource-demanding application, like a modern game. If you are playing a game which is using a lot of your computer’s resources and you want to improve the quality of the recorded video, try Fast Capture. - Fast Capture is located in the Record Screen dropdown list, located below the screen preview.
Please note, CPU overhead will be minimal, but the file size of the video will be large.
