This page summarizes the reports of all staff or selected staff. The report can be filtered for specific time period by inputting 'Start Date' and 'End Date' on the search bar, and clicking 'Search button'. The date range can not be over one year. The search bar also provides filtering tools based on employees' office location, their assigned team and role. If you want to search the record for employees at all office locations, then select 'All Offices...' option. The same applies for 'Team' and 'Role' fields. This following items are shown in this report: User Name User Email Worked Hours The total worked hours for the specified period of time. The data format is Hours:Minutes. The field also provides a link to the selected user's attendance summary page for the time period. Program Usage The time spent by user on different applications for the specified period of time. This would include the internet browser applications. The data format is Hours:Minutes. The field also provides a link to the selected user's application usage report page for the time period. The value entered here does not take account of the applications with no key strokes or mouse clicks by the user. Internet Usage The time spent by user on different browser applications for the specified period of time. The data format is HH:MM (Hours:Minutes). The field also provides a link to the selected user's internet usage report page for the time period. The value entered here does not take account of the webpages with no key strokes or mouse clicks by the user. Security Alerts The field displays the number of security alerts logged for the user during the specified period of time. It also provides a link to the user's security event report page providing further information on the security logs.
