This page summarizes the attendance records of all staff or selected staff. The report can be filtered for specific time period by inputting 'Start Date' and 'End Date' on the search bar, and clicking 'Search button'. The date range can not be over one year. The search bar also provides filtering tools based on employees' office location, their assigned team and role. If you want to search the record for employees at all office locations, then select 'All Offices...' option. The same applies for 'Team' and 'Role' fields. This following items are shown in this report (The data format is Hours:Minutes.): User Name User Email Active Time The time during which there are human activities on the computer. It is accumulated together as effective work hours. Break Time The time during which there is no human actions on the computer (key strokes, mouse clicks or mouse wheel movement), and it is longer than tolerance time. If the user takes lunch time during the day, the break time will be subtracted by his lunch duration. If the break time he took is less than lunch duration, the remaining part will be subtracted from Idle time. Idle Time The time during which there is no human actions on the computer, but it is shorter than tolerance time. Manual Time The work time that the user manually entered via manual work hour entry on FlexiStation or through the web page of FlexiServer. Total Worked Hours The summary work hours of the user during the specified period of time. When strict hours formula is used, it consists of Active Time, Idle Time and Manual Time. When none strict hours formula is used, it consists of Active Time, Idle Time, Manual Time and Break Taken (except lunch break). Days Worked The total days worked during the specified period. Private Time The total private hours spent on the computer during the specified period of time. Leave Time The total leave hours taken during the specified period of time.
