You can view and manage user's PC configurations detected by FlexiServer on this page. 'Computer Security Logging' mode needs to be active in order to track user's PC configurations. The following information is shown in this report:
- Staff - Staff full name
- Computer Name - Name of the PC tracked by FlexiServer
- MAC Address - MAC address of first active Network Interface Card (NIC) detected on staff's PC.
- HDD Volume Info - Hard disk drive Volume information on staff's PC.
- IP Address - IP address of client's FlexiStation.
- Last Activity - The last active date when FlexiStation from this PC configuration successfully connected to the FlexiServer.
- Status - Approved, Pending or Unapproved.
You can approve, disapprove or delete any selected PC configuration from the list by clicking on the respective buttons from the bottom of the page. Also, you could turn on/off tracking of IP address of selected user(s). This is particularly useful when a staff has dynamic IP address settings. So, if the 'Tracking IP address' feature is off for a user, only Computer Name, MAC Address, and HDD Volume Info are used to determine the unique PC configuration for the user.
