Image Description gives the title of the image.
Example: "2022 Holiday Vacation"
Subject can be a detail on the image's subject.
Example: "Family" or "Nature"

Copyright ideally includes the photographer and photo editor with the year the photo was taken. There are two options on how to add copyright:

Suggested would automatically build the copyright from other tags available.
Format: "Copyright, [Photographer Name], [Editor Name], [Year]. All rights reserved."
Custom is where a customized copyright can be entered.

Contains details on individuals/corporations involved in the creation/production of the photo.

Photographer is the individual who took the photo.
Edited By is where the image editor can be set.
Camera Owner will contain the name of the owner of the camera that took the photo
Encoded By is the application that processed the image.

Date can be set to a date associated to the image.
Time can be set to a time associated to the image. Time can be input in either 12-hour or 24-hour format.
Location name or description where the image was taken.

Additional details about the image can be set here (if applicable).

Target Printer is a detail on the printing environment for which this separation is intended.
Document where image was scanned from.
Image History is a brief history of notable changes done to the image.

Additional comments or details can be set here.

Rating is a star rating for the image. Simply click on a preferred star rating to set it.
Category where the image can be classified under.

Contact Details of the photo owners (photographer/editor) for future reference.

Event can be any event associated to the image.

Keywords are words or phrases associated to the image.
User Comments are additional comments about the image.
