The Label Layout Properties Panel

This panel contains a label describing the current name of your label layout, as well as a control for changing the paper size that this label layout will use. The name of your label layout will change if you export your design, or import a design with a different name. To change the default paper size used by label layouts you create, See: General Options.

The Page Properties Panel

This panel contains two buttons for choosing the orientation of the currently selected page. Your pages can be set to either Portrait, or Landscape orientations.

The Template Properties Panel

The template properties panel allows you to very accurately position your templates on each page of your label layout.

A label will display the type of the currently selected template. Beneath this label is a button which will launch the Change Disc Printable Areas dialog if your selection is of a disc type.

The image bellow indicates how the controls within the template properties panel will effect the position of your template.

Note that rotating your page to either portrait or landscape orientation, or rotating your template in any direction, will not effect how these values are calculated. The 'top' always refers to the 'top' of the page you see visually, the 'left' refers to the visual 'left' and so on...

Center X / Y

The center x and y controls will determine the distance from the top-left of the page in its current rotation, to the center of your currently selected template.
The distance from the top of the page to point 1 for center x, and the left of the page to point 1 for center y.
