Several things can cause data to not be retrieved from your financial institution. If you find that there are no transactions to retrieve you may not have any data for the date range that you have input and you will need to change the date for your last import. Below are a few items that you should check in your Account information.

Last Import Date
Make sure that there are cleared transactions posted to your account after the last import date to MoneyLine. It can take several days for transactions to clear, particularly over weekends and holidays.

Account Information
Try reentering the information for your account, including routing number, account number, user ID and password. Some institutions require a different user ID for online banking and for retrieving transactions. Check with your financial institution.

Contact Your Financial Institution
You may need to inform your institution that you are planning to download transactions from them. Banks will often post such requirements on the online account access section of their websites.
