Screen References - User Settings ~ Details

Each user can have details about themselves stored which the typist will be able to view by using Express Scribe.

Detail items:

Company

Company name.
Email

User's email address, this can only be changed when using a site license.
Phone

Contact telephone number.
Cell/Page

Cell/Mobile phone or Pager number.
Fax

Facsimile number.
Address

Address, up to 4 lines.

Note:

When not using a site license you cannot change the user's name or email address as these are linked to the user's registration.
If you want to change the email address, you will need to purchase another registration.
